Removal of links from our website
If you find any link on our website or any linked web site objectionable for any reason, you may contact us about this. We will consider requests to remove links but will have no obligation to do so or to respond directly to you.
Whilst we endeavor to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

Payment Terms
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Payments must be made in full before any products or services are delivered.
Our prices are listed in USD for customers located in the United States of America, and in EUR for customers from all other parts of the world. The currency in which products are sold to you is determined solely by your country of residence, and it is not up to the customer to choose the currency.
Please note that we do not guarantee that the prices are the same in both currencies.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
Refund Policy
If, after a purchase, you find that the software does not meet your needs, you may request a refund within 1 month of the purchase, provided the activation code has not been used. If the activation code has been used, we reserve the right to decide whether a refund can be granted, given that we also offer a free trial to help you make an informed decision.
If the product does not work on your system, despite meeting the minimum requirements advertised, you may request a refund within 1 month of the purchase. After this period, our customer support team will make every effort to identify and correct the problem through assistance and/or releasing a software update. If our team is unable to resolve the issue, a refund may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
Refund requests received more than 1 year after the date of purchase will be rejected in any case.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account without notice if we believe that you have violated any of these terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease using the website immediately, and any outstanding payments remain due.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for any disputes or claims.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulsar Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the website; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
